ABOUT FSG

Built around accountable execution.

Forbes Strategy Group is a founder-led consulting firm designed around a simple idea: important decisions should be supported by clear ownership, disciplined delivery and evidence that shows what changed.

ABOUT FSGBUILT FOR OPERATING REALITY

Close the distance between the decision and the way the business actually runs.

Forbes Strategy Group is a founder-led consulting firm that helps leaders turn important decisions into work people can own, deliver, and measure.

We clarify the decision, create ownership around the work, coordinate delivery across people, process, technology, and vendors, and make progress and risk easier to see.

The objective is not simply to recommend what should happen. It is to help create a way of working the organization can understand, govern, carry, and improve.

01Understand the operating context.

Start with how work, decisions, systems, constraints, and responsibilities function today.

02Design for ownership.

Build structures the organization can continue to use after the engagement changes or ends.

03Keep governance close to delivery.

Connect decision rights, controls, approvals, documentation, risk, and exceptions to the work itself.

04Use evidence to improve the next move.

Make outcomes, risk, progress, and the next decision visible instead of relying on status language alone.

Todd Forbes II, Founder and Managing Director of Forbes Strategy Group
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Todd Forbes II

Todd founded Forbes Strategy Group around a simple operating belief: important decisions deserve a structure capable of carrying them into real work.

His background spans healthcare consulting, enterprise technology, program and project delivery, analytics, process improvement, and business transformation. That experience shaped an approach centered on connecting strategy to ownership, governance, execution, and measurable evidence rather than treating those disciplines as separate conversations.

Through FSG, Todd works with organizations navigating consequential priorities, complex delivery environments, technology change, and the operating questions that sit between a recommendation and a sustainable result.

FOUNDER PERSPECTIVE

The strongest engagement leaves the organization with more than an answer. It leaves a clearer way to own the decision, govern the work, and know what changed.

START WHERE THE CONSEQUENCE IS REAL

What needs to change after the next decision?

Share the priority, constraint, stalled work, or operating question. We will start with the consequence, not force the problem into a predefined service package.
